Once your order is placed, we will contact our supplier and get your order processed through them. Typically, it takes 2-2.5 weeks for your extensions to arrive in our hands. Once we get them, our team will reach out to you if you chose in salon pickup or local delivery. If you chose shipping, our team will then prep your package and get it in the mail within 24 hours of us receiving them. Please feel free to contact us to ask for updates on your products.

Everyone is different. The normal about of grams needed for the average full head is about 150 grams. Grams per pack is under each type of extension in the description section.

For example, our tape in extensions come in 50 grams per pack, so the average person would need about 3 packs (Think: 50 x __ =150?) for a full head of tape ins for length and fullness. If you're unsure, consult your stylist before purchasing

Feel free to contact us to come in for an in person colour match with one of our stylists. Each shade does have a small description to help online colour matching, but sometimes your hair may have a different undertone than what you think. In person colour matches are always the best option.
